Lone King

Simultaneous-turn-based mech tactics

Inspired by chess, Lone King focuses on positioning and planning. Play as a single "Maniple" mech in 8 space environments against 8-16 enemy grunts and boss units. No healing, and no reinforcements.

• 8 player character Maniples with unique movement and attack styles
• 2 active abilities, 2 passives, and 2 negative abilities to change gameplay styles
• 8 environments
• 8 game types
• 16 enemy and boss types,
• 8 enemy abilities that can be hacked to be used against the enemy

The game can be played with just the right mouse button, if that suits your style. Otherwise, you can use buttons for more control.

Levels are randomly generated and populated with random combinations and positions of enemies. The game is designed around quick matches of 5-10 minutes.

Expansion set content:

• Team play: control multiple units simultaneously
• Expansion Packs: 2 new active abilities per maniple. Some of these are targeted, unlike normal abilities.
• Story Chapters 3-4: continue the story. More chapters will be made if there is interest.
